Description
This Auction is for three of the exclusive releases from Third Man Records on Record Store Day, April 16, 2011. All three of these releases were sold ONLY on Record Store Day. Only 1000 limited edition Karen Elson 7" records were pressed and only 300 limited edition White Stripes Records were pressed. Both White Stripes records have been out of print since 2002.
I bought these records at the official Third Man Records headquarters and come in an official Third Man Records yellow bag.
This is the first time I've ever had to sell records online, but I am leaving for a summer abroad in one month and need to save as much as possible. These are collectors items and need to stay in the hands of true collectors.
There are three records...
1. The White Stripes - Let's Shake Hands b/w Look Me Over Closely
Pressed on clear red vinyl w/ black wisps.
2. The White Stripes - Lafayette Blues b/w Sugar Never Tasted So Good
Pressed on white vinyl w/ black wisps. The black on this vinyl is very spotty. When opened, the gatefold shows a slew of art, as can be seen in my pictures.
3. Karen Elson - Vicious b/w In Trouble With The Lord
This is an incredibly beautiful clear 7" with actual peach colored rose petals inside of the record. Extremely beautiful and revolutionary.
