This listing is for the complete Vault package: the split colored Lazaretto Ultra LP with alternate artwork, the gorgeous blue marbled 7" Vinyl Lazaretto Demos and the companion book only available to premium vault subscribers as part of Vault package #20. 
The package was opened for photos, but otherwise, brand new - unplayed, and mint.

In celebration of the new album and their 20th Vault package, Third Man has unveiled their most unique Vault package yet. The LP for Third Man Records' Vault Package #20 will be the ONLY limited version of Lazaretto to be released. Pressed on split-color blue-and-white vinyl and coupled with exclusive album art, this alternate presentation of the album is both insightful and deserving. Also exclusive to the Vault is a fold-out poster accompanying the album, featuring a classic National Archives photo that serves as a recurrent image throughout the album art. Unlike the lightning bolt and inverted lightning bolt pressings Third Man did for Jack White's Blunderbuss, this alternate art and colored vinyl will be the only time ANY variation on Lazaretto will be made.

180 gram vinyl
2 vinyl-only hidden tracks hidden beneath the center labels
1 hidden track plays at 78 RPM, one plays at 45 RPM, making this a 3-speed record
Side A plays from the inside out
Dual-groove technology: plays an electric or acoustic intro for “Just One Drink” depending on where needle is dropped. The grooves meet for the body of the song.
Matte finish on Side B, giving the appearance of an un-played 78 RPM record
Both sides end with locked grooves
Vinyl pressed in seldom-used flat-edged format
Dead wax area on Side A contains a hand-etched hologram by Tristan Duke of Infinity Light Science, the first of its kind on a vinyl record
Absolutely zero compression used during recording, mixing and mastering
Different running order from the CD/digital version
LP utilizes some mixes different from those used on CD and digital version
