Description
Originally sealed copy opened only to verify condition.
Vinyl is unplayed and in near mint condition. Records have been removed and placed into protective inner sleeves.
Sleeve presents very well overall but has flaws that were hidden by the original resealable packaging and obi strip:
corner ding (see photos)
seam split along top edge
minor corner/edge wear
Includes original obi strip and resealable outer sleeve.
This record was originally sealed but has been opened solely to verify condition.
Modern pressings with obi strips and resealable outer sleeves can conceal seam splits, corner dings, or other issues that are not visible until opened. Because of this, I inspect each copy so buyers know exactly what they are receiving.
While this could be described as “new,” I list it as used to reflect that it has been opened for inspection. In my experience, “sealed” does not guarantee condition—verified copies provide more certainty, especially for international buyers.
If you prefer a sealed copy, I may have one available; however, sealed items cannot be condition-verified.
Record will be shipped with vinyl outside of sleeve to prevent further seam splitting during transit.
I prefer full transparency over listing items as 'sealed' when condition can’t be verified. What you see is exactly what you’ll receive.
