SHIPPING INFORMATION

Items are typically shipped within two business days from day of payment.  Please note that Ebay’s “Expected Delivery Date” is an estimate, and not a guarantee.  Should you need an item by a certain date, even if you order it in advance, please contact us and let us know so we can be sure you will have it on time!

We encourage all buyers to purchase USPS insurance. When your item is turned over to the shipper, the item belongs to the buyer.

If the item is lost or damaged in shipment, the buyer is responsible for the item.

**WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING IF POSSIBLE to save you money.  If you purchase multiple items, please wait for an invoice to be sent out, as sometimes Ebay does not calculate the cost accurately.

***SHIPPING COSTS***

PLEASE READ and agree before bidding on or purchasing an item!**

• We ship most of our items via USPS Priority Mail - the safest and fastest way to get your item to you.  **If your item is large and falls under zones 5-8 (about the middle of the USA & west), it may be shipped via FedEx due to high shipping costs in those zones based on size.  If you DO NOT want your item shipped via FedEx, please let us know prior to purchase so you can get an accurate quote.  Sometimes Ebay’s shipping does not line up with the actual cost of large packages.
• Prices are fixed by USPS and we do not have control over this.
• Ebay also retains a percentage of our shipping fees, so not all of what you pay comes to us.
• Please do not give a low star rating due to these unavoidable costs. We do our best to keep the costs as low as we can, however, we do not control the shipping rates.

RETURN POLICY

We are not experts in any area, however, being honest and truthful is our goal.  If we accidentally miss something in our description, or if you feel an item has been grossly misrepresented, please contact us with the same courtesy you would expect in return.  We always work with our buyers, and we need to know if there was a problem.

If we cannot come to a mutually-agreeable solution, it is our policy to refund your purchase price and original shipping after we receive the item back in the mail (in the condition it was shipped out in), however, return shipping is your obligation.
