For Your Consideration...THE HOLY GRAIL OF THROWING MUSES COLLECTOR'S ITEMS : The Groups FIRST EP ! Made In 1984 In Very Small Quanity - I'm Guessing 500 ? Or Less. A True "INDIE" Release Complete With Handmade Xerox Black & White Paper Cover! Side A Has "STAND UP" & "DIRT ON THE FLOOR" And Says BLOWING FUSES RECORDS INC.411079A (Funny!) Side B Has "THE PARTY" & "SANTA CLAUS 2" And Says SPEWING MOUSES RECORDS INC. 411079B.(Very Funny!) I've Owned This Record Since Around 1988 And It Is In Excellent Condition. The Only Flaws That I Can See Are: When The Group Originally Packaged The Glued Together Xeroxed Pages They Folded The 8 1/2 Inch Square Down To 7 1/2 So It Would Fit In A Standard Size 7 Inch Plastic Sleeve So...There Are Creases From Those Folds. Also On The Back Cover There Is A Small Stain & A Small Tape Tear - It Is Nothing At All Bad & Is Barely Noticable.(Since I've Owned It It Has Been Stored Unfolded In A 10 Inch Plastic Sleeve) The Artwork / Photos On The Cover Are Amazing ! Great Portraits Of The MUSES When They Were YOUNG YOUNG YOUNG ! The Group Was Comprised Of : KRISTIN HERSH , TANYA DONELLY , DAVID NARCIZO & ELAINE ADAMEDES. Don't Miss This Rare Chance To Own The First Self Released THROWING MUSES Seven Inch ! The Original First & Only Official Pressing. (I've Seen A Repressed Version Of This Record In The Past) This Is The Original 1984 Hand / Band Made Release. It Kills Me To Sell It But...Times Are Trying Cashwise. My Loss - Your Gain! Winning Bidder Will Include $4.00 For Postage In The U.S. (More To Addresses Outside America) I Accept Paypal Or Money Orders Only. PLEASE Bid Only If You Are Serious About Honoring Your Bid And Can Make Payment Within 12 Days Of Auction Close Date : No Deadbeats Please ! The Reserve Price Is An Amount I Feel Is Fair But Is Nowhere Near The Price I've Seen Copies Of This Crazy Rare Record Sell For. Thank You For Looking & Good Luck If You Bid ! Cheers !
