Tiger Bay - Snakehips / Sex Appeal, 7" vinyl RARE UK heavy metal NWOBHM single

Description

Extremely rare and highly sought single.

This white label single was apparently pressed in very small quantities and is the only thing this group released. They were from the Cardiff area, and the single probably dates from about 1980, other details are elusive.

Seems to be classified as NWOBHM but I hear influence from 'Dark Side' era Pink Floyd in the guitars, and the drums and bass are similar to 'Rolling Stones - Miss You.' Really interesting find, great record which deserved to have had a proper release.

I have graded this carefully to avoid any disappointment. Visually it grades an EX with minor handling marks only, but it does have some light surface noise (crackle) on play. This may be just the pressing quality, but I am grading VG to avoid quibble. Sound file of actual record available on request.

Lovely rare collectors item. Plain paper sleeve supplied.
