I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.

ORIGINAL 1968 PARLOPHONE UK EP WITH FACTORY SAMPLE.
This is a very hard to find UK 1st pressing that is never seen in such nice condition!
This 45 came from the same collection of Demos I sold over the last couple of months, please see my feedback.
This is a true Factory Sample disc with G1 / G1 stampers.
The Record / EX condition. A super disc that was only played a couple of times. Under halogen bulb the disc is in great condition with just a few very feint (sweat) ripples on the surface due to the original owner who put the record in a polylined cover. This is nothing to worry about and the record is an easy EX condition.
The Labels / EX+ condition. Both are in top condition.
The Cover/ EX condition. The EP cover has stunning lamination and is super clean on the rear. Again this is an easy EX condition and so rare as good as this example. .................................................................................
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear. The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
