Tin Penny "excerpts from Cycles a rock oratorio" (71, Silver Crest Custom) cover is Ex to Nm/ vinyl is Nm. gorgeous copy! weird NY skool kids basement jazz/ rock opera with big thoughts, horns, garagy guitar, some blooz, and everything but the kitchen sink moves thrown in. Over fifty musicians involved.
Tin Penny were basically the three guys that wrote the 'oratorio'. A professor is thanked for helping to put it together so my assumption is these were a bunch of kids in Potsdam, NY connected through a school music department.
