Description
This auction is for perhaps one of the rarest Tiny Tim tracks. It is a one minute promo for the National Wildlife Federation from 1968. Tiny Tim is accompanied by a beatnik drum and bass combo to jazz it up. It's really quite amazing. Great lines where he takes shots at "unconcerned developers" and pleas in lines for protecting "loving animals". It's a hoot. The record is called "A Place To Live....". The record was created for radio stations for public service announcements to help protect wild lands. Cover is VG+/VG++. Still in shrink wrap. Minor storage wear. Please see photo. The record is VG. There is minor surface noise. Records graded hard and reasonably.
There are other promo spots from the likes of James Garner, Hume Cronyn, George Kennedy, Dan Blocker, Tom Smothers, Deborah Kerr, Burt Lancaster and Richardo Montalban.
