Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers ORIG UK LP Southern accents EX ’85 MCA MCF3260
Original UK LP released in 1985 on MCA Records. Cat: MCF3260. Comes with printed lyric inner bag which has a light crease mark on top left corner and is in VG+ condition.Produced by Dave Stewart, Southern Accents is an ambitious album, attempting to incorporate touches of psychedelia, soul, and country into a loose concept about the modern South. Occasionally, the songs work; "Rebels" and "Spike" are fine rockers, and "Don't Come Around Here No More" and "Make It Better (Forget About Me)" expand the Heartbreakers' sound nicely.
Tracks : Rebels/ It ain’t nothin’ to me/ Don’t come around here no more/ Southern accents/ Make it better (forget about me)/ Spike/ Dogs on the run/ Mary’s new car/ The best of everything. There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks and is in Excellent condition. Cover is in Excellent condition.
Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
