Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve and a 2 MIL poly inner sleeve.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the grading category to describe the cover condition.

• This Promotional Copy is a First Pressing on the Shelter label. ABC (Shelter's distributor) was bought by MCA in 1979 and this version disappeared forever, until this vintage copy was made available by the Seller.
• There is a spindle mark on one side but the playing surfaces are clean.
• The glossy, single piece board cover has tight seams and shows slight edge storage wear.
• The upper right corner cut indicates this was a from-stock Promo.
• The 8"x 10" insert includes credits and photos.
• I have included a soft poly inner sleeve.
• This is a one-owner with an interesting story. The Seller saw T.P. open for The Ramones in Portland, OR in 1976. He was blown away and called his label's CEO the next day and said we gotta get this band on our label. It took 10 years but T.P. & Heartbreakers ended up and are still on the Warner Bros. Records label. He then called his friend at ABC and asked for a Promo copy. His friend said that he had been swamped with requests and had some stock copies coming in that would be corner-cut and shipped out as Promos.
