Description
*Using the Record Collectors grading system, the item is graded as followed:
Up for sale is a US first pressing of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' 'Damn the Torpedoes.'
Beginning with the outer sleeve, this example has been graded EX, with minimal creasing and the lightest of ring wear to both sides. There are no split seams or tears, and has a fully readable spine. The inner sleeve is graded as VG+ with minimal ageing, and minimal edge wear, however, there are two seem splits to either side (See Pictures).
After listening to this record all the way through on a perfectly level, calibrated turntable, I can confirm it is in great shape, both visually and upon playback. It has been visually graded VG+ to EX with the lightest of wispy blemishes to both sides caused by sleeve removal. (These do not effect playback). It has been hand cleaned using an AM Clean Sound cleaning fluid and microfibre cloth to remove 30 years worth of dust and any debris that may have been lurking within the records surface.
This item will be posted inside a dedicated Record Mailer, housed in a protective outer sleeve that is sandwiched between card for protection.
