Description

Tom Waits-Nighthawks At The Diner 1975 1st Test Press 2 LP SYSP 903 UK Press.

Mega rare test press double album by Tom waits on asylum records, also 1st issue on asylum records from 75 with SYSP 903 and not the the 77 reissue with K prefix catalogue number.

Both vinyl in ex condition ex-/ex condition with just a few very fine scratches on side 2 and the other 3 sides just showing a few very fine hairlines when held to a bright light, both records play fully with no jumps or repeats with just a couple of fine tics and minimal static, just side 2 a tiny white mark in the gap between track 1 and 2 and has 2 repeat clicks.still a great play test press double lp set.

Proof / prototype album cover is actually 2 pieces of printed card folded in half, one being the outer gatefold and the other being the inner gatefold, just showing a trace of storage wear and just a folded edge,no writing or tears.

All 4 white labels ex, no writing or tears, just the name of Tom waits on each A side label.
