Description

Original 1st issue whilst charting in Autumn 1962. Matrix A2/B2. CBS large font "33" textured label. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original mono cover with exposed flipbacks. Also included is the original CBS advertising inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In marvellous condition - particularly considering the vintage. Has only seen light use and exhibits just a couple of light marks per side [nothing troublesome]. Plays excellent throughout - very nice and clean...throughout [even into quiet moments]. This vintage LP delivers some excellent sound right from the time of release.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) Wow, given the vintage - this cover is something else! Lovely shiny flat front without creasing or ageing. the rear is nothing short of remarkable. How on earth a cover from this period manages to surfaces - without ANY ageing at all! Truly a wonder... perfectly white - no need to adjust your specs. Just one incredibly slight age spot extreme bottom right corner. All flipbacks are perfectly intact and secure. There's no edge wear and the openings are solid. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Ex) Very little ageing. A couple of creases, but no splits at all.
