Description
Sure enough, much of this music falls neatly into late '60s/early '70s soundtrack style (along with its "library" tag). But it equally falls into the inclusive instrumental jazz-rock sound too, which is probably a better genre description for it. And it does a fine job of it too; Tony Iglio clearly knows what he's doing.
Full spacious sound, well thought-out horn/wind arrangements, and evocative era feel - "Velvet" should have been a successful mainstream theme song, and the more experimental and eclectic stuff sounds vintage too. It's a very consistently enjoyable listen.
This is the limited red vinyl, this is limited to 500 of which the first 130 were pressed on red, this is number 028. Also comes with a cd. Sure to be a collectors item (the original 1971 version is worth upwards of £150). This is new & unplayed still sealed. If upon selling you would like me to open to check contents before sending please let me know.
