THIS  EP  CONDITION REPORT -

              Picture COVER IS VG+ with minor wear,double laminated flipback a little 'warped' with some small laminate lifts, but not torn and some rear back discoloration of the white card/laminate having yellowed, retail sticker still on the rear flipback, both of which are intact no splits 

RECORD IS EX CONDITION a couple of light paper scuffs MINOR WEAR minimal spindle trails
