This is V-Disc 481, a vinyl 78RPM, with Toscanini and NBC Symphony in Prokofieff's Classical Symphony, likely from the NBC broadcast of June 25, 1944.  Disc has a few light scratches but is in very good condition.  Side A: VP 1291; Side B: VP 1292.
