Description

Toscanini and the NBC Symphony performing The Nutcracker Suite #261a Overture/March #261b Sugar Plum Fairies/Trepak/Arab Dance #262a Chinese Dance/Dance of the Reed Flutes (2 copies) #262b Waltz of the Flowers (2 copies) Popular music and jazz was common on V-Disc - classical discs were rare. This is legendary Arturo Toscanini conducting the NBC symphony in the complete Nutracker Suite. Note there's two copies of the disc #262. The beauty of the vinyl pressings is that enough though they look a little rough, I've played each of these discs and they still sound good. CD copy included with purchase if you want it.
