Description
Toshiko Akioshi "Toshiko's Piano" Norgran Mono MG N-22, 10" LP, 1954 - RARE debut recording! 8 tracks. Discoverd during a JATP tour of Japan by Oscar Peterson, Akioshi plays here w/ those who backed Peterson on the JATP tour: Herb Ellis, Ray Brown, J.C.Heard. Record is VG+ with some general light wear; deep groove labels are VG+/VG++. Cover, illustrated by David Stone Martin, is VG+/VG++; the seams are solid, with light soiling on the front, light edge soiling all around on the back cover. The first copy we've seen with the cover intact, and good vinyl to boot. These don't come around very often in this shape.
