(Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs-Original Master Recording) John Klemmer Touch 1-006. Disc Near Mint+ condition. Sleeve in Near Mint+ Condition (Stored in Protective Sleeve). The Protective Sleeve does not come off which is why the photos look a little too shiny.

If you don't know much about MFSL Original Master Recordings. These LP are made from the Original Master Recordings, not copies of the original. In the music industry, a master recording is the official original recording of a song(s). Also referred to as "masters," it is the source from which all the later copies are made. These were made at 1/2 speed.
Albums made from analog tapes or original master recordings are considered to sound better than those that incorporate digital files into the mastering process because they are as close to the original studio recording as one can get.
The MFSL LP is stored in a special sleeve with a protective cardboard insert and special vinyl sleeve, similar to the ones that the best Classical Records are stored.
I am the original owner, purchased years about when I first got out of college. I have played the record sparingly, transferring to tap and cd. Disc could be graded NM-
My stereo was not powerful to play the music to get the true pure sound of this deluxe vinyl record. Used headphones. Later in life, with the proper speakers, the sound is indescribable except to say sound great. It is as distant from a regular vinyl record, as a kazoo is from a saxophone.
