Mint condition and out of print - this was by far the best sounding audiophile vinyl version of this masterpiece available - pressed on HQ 200 gram superior vinyl. This is limited edition #169 and sonically it is to die for - no comparison, this blows the CD's away (sonically deeper & richer). Mint condition.

Traffic established themselves in the late 60s as one of the foremost proponents of British rockers fueled on American rhythm, blues and would. The main core of Traffic -- Steve Winwood (vocals, keyboard, guitar), Jim Capaldi (drums, vocals) and Chris Wood (woodwinds) -- reunited in 1971, enlisting additional players to augment their sound. Joining up were drummer Jim Gordon (Delaney & Bonnie, Derek And The Dominos) bassist Rick Grech (Family, Blind Faith) and percussionist Re-Bop. The result of this new grouping was one of the best received recordings of the early 1970s, with the twelve-minute title track, along with "Rock And Roll Stew," attaining classic FM radio status over the years. The expanded lineup allowed for more freedom of musical experimentation and made for some interesting and strong writing collaborations between old and new members.
