Description
Tubbs Tubby Hayes TFL 5142. Fontana. The record and the cover are in very good condition. This is part of my dad's extensive modern Jazz collection I am going to list over the next few weeks. Although a tenor sax player he didn't particularly like this album so claims he only played it a couple of times. The cover is in extra fine condition and has three flaps folded over on the back. On the bottom lefthand corner of the flap on the back is his name in light pen and the date 25/08/61 this was written on by the record shop where he bought it as his name is mispelt and many of his records have this as he used to order them in or buy them in Charingcross Road on trips to London. under a spotlight the record does show some signs of surface scratches. I have put a reasonable start and no reserve as I know this is a rare album. I took the centre of the record with a flash which highlights the spindle wear and also shows the vinyl is clean and in good condition. E mail if you need more.
