VG++ light sleeve scuffing, labels clean, plays very nice indeed! Basically it was unplayed - as new. MP3 Sample!! (click the record) Sleeve: VG++ (Generic) Mostly EX- but small damp marks on bottom edges. Info
Original Jamaican issue.
OK, probably one of the rarest LP's we've ever had. We've been fending off serious offers from the British Museum's reggae department! But seriously, you will probably never see a cleaner copy of this impossible to find album. Vinyl unplayed (until we made the sound sample). More importantly there are some dangerous tracks (check MP3) including 'Shashemane' which I presume is sung by Spliffy 'Wake Up' Dan.
This album is incredibly hard to find because it was originally made only for the collective group of Jamaican artists and followers known as 'The Twelve Tribes of Israel' which include all artists featured on the LP. It never made it to a commercial release - being available only as a gift by and to the members. Most of the members will obviously be keeping their copies! True roots collectors, DON'T miss this one.
Check the MP3 sample! This record has been cleaned on a VPi HW17F Professional record cleaning machine.
