I don't have the experience need to grade these records.  I can tell you that the labels are in excellent condition.  There is wear of course but not excessive.  the Boogie Woggie record looks to be in excellent condition.

Records will be sent togetehr in a 12 x 12 x 6 box with stiffener pads and lots of soft packing material.
