Description

Released in the mid-1970s, two (2) Klaatu vinyl 33 one third RPM Capitol records from the Canadian progressive rock group.  

The first is self-titled / untitled simply "KLAATU".  ST-11542 and was released in 1976.  Songs include "True Life Hero", "Doctor Marvello", "Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft", "California Jam" and the classic title "Anus of Uranus".

The second album came out in 1977 and is called "HOPE".  ST-11633.  Songs include "The Loneliest of Creatures", 'Hope", "Around the Universe in Eighty Days", and "Long Live Politzania". 

Given that both records were listened to and used almost fifty (50) years ago, there are some issues.  Now, the vinyl records themselves appear to be in good shape with no apparent scratches on the surfaces.  The outer album covers evidence some self wear and light soiling, but no handwriting, creases or bends.   While the inner sleeves are original, both are suffering from paper separation at various edge locations though both are technically intact.  There is also a slight tear on the Untitled sleeve. (See photo).
