This Copy Is Official Assembled Issue by Mercury Japan for Japanese Market, They Imported /Attached The OBI Strip, A Foldout Sheet incl. Poem and Art by Uotake and A Foldout Japanese Lyrics Linernotes Sheet.

Disc are EX Minus (Track 1 of The Side C Has A Light Hair-line Like The Photo 9), Sleeve is EX-EX Minus.
