Description
From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . .
This is the original version of Pop from 1997 that I bought on release in the UK. It still has the hype sticker on the front promoting Discotheque.
The gatefold sleeve is in very good condition with just a couple of slight creases, but basically looks great and the hype sticker is unmarked as well.
The inner sleeves are both excellent and the lyric sheet shows just a hint of handling.
The runouts on the vinyl are etched: Side A: U2 10-A-1 Side B: U2 10-B-1 Side C: U2 10-C-1 Side D: U2 10 D-1
The vinyl looks shiny and new. The only blemish is the final track of Side C where there are a couple of surface scratches. However I've played it through on a Pro-ject deck and they aren't audible. I've also checked other sections on all sides and it plays really well with just a bit of the usual background crackle on the lead-in grooves.
Will be packaged well and sent out in the UK with free P+P.
