Very clean Island Joshua Tree custom label. No blemishes.

Record Grading:     (EX/NM)
Record surface is pristine, bright and glossy with no visible marks other than a few very faint hairlines.  Does not appeared to have been played much at all and plays excellent with little to no background or surface noise.

Sleeve Grading:      (VG)
Gatefold sleeve cover has written names on inside and cover peel on inside bottom edge from some type of moisture drying but does not affect the outside gatefold covers. The outside covers are in good condition, fully intact with faint ring wear on back cover. (see pics)
