[The "SLM" is a stamp. There is a triangle before each "638". Between the "638" and the "B-15623", there is a very tiny stamp that looks like the small letter "a" with the warner brothers "W" inside of it]

The description from the site above mentions a 7 page info csheet. THIS AUCTION DOES NOT INCLUDE THAT. I do not have it and never got it when I purchased the record.
This record was bought by me in 1992.
It is in good condition and has been played by me onle once to record it so I can listen to it without having to play the record.
There is a small scuff mark on one of the tracks but the record plays through it and does not effect playback.
I have heard that this is the only copy pressed and is literally limited 1 of 1 produced just like many other Warner Brothers Music Show.
