Description
You are bidding on a 5 LP set of Richard Wagner TRISTAN und ISOLDE Recorded in German. KIRSTEN FLAGSTAD as Isolde and Ludwig Suthaus as Tristan. Conducted by WILHELM FURTWANGLER. ALP 1030, 1031, 1032, 1033, and 1034. Made in Great Britain.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE SELLING 5 RECORDS ONLY. RECORD SIX (ALP 1035) IS MISSING AND NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION.
Records show numerous light surface marks that result in some surface noise throughout, and occasionally some very light ticking. This is a rare set, the vocals are gorgeous, and this is a wonderful listening experience.
All sleeves are intact, but show some staining (water damage?) and some edge and corner wear. Nevertheless, all are perfectly serviceable, with bright cover art and lettering, and bright notes on back covers. See photos.
No reserve! Happy bidding and good luck!! Payment due within 4 days of auction's closing.
Paypal preferred! Records will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. I ship internationally.
All records packed securely with bubble wrap in new, strong, professionally- manufactured record mailers, records removed from jackets (unless sealed or boxed) to avoid seam splits.
