RCA Living Stereo SB 2109, first red label disc with silver spot, pressed in England by Decca.  Stampers are .  Laminated jacket.  Original recording by RCA, issued in the US as LSC 2421. 

"Henryk Szeryng in Recital", with Charles Reiner, piano.  A program of works for violin and piano by various composers, including the Vitali Chaconne, and the Tartini "Devil's Trill" violin sonata.  See pics for program details.
