DAVID HEMMINGS - Happens ( MGM E 4490 ) USA 1967
A psychedelic classic in collector´s circles and an insider tip since the 80ies - the fantastic album, a collaborations between the British actor David Hemmings (unforgettable his playing in "Blowup" or in D. Argento´s "Deep Red / Profondo Rosso" and many other movies) and The Byrds.....Normally a relatively common album to find, but NOT as mono / white label Promo original ("Not For Sale" is noticed on both side of the labels) copy + with insert + original MGM innersleeve like this.........
The cover is in very good plus (vg+) condition, has some wear on and around the corners, some wear on top seam, heavier wear on bottom seam, has a cut out hole on bottom left side
The record is in top very good plus to excellent minus (vg+/ex-) condition, showing only so wipes or tiny shadows / discolorations and a few harmless paper scuffs - only here and there some tiny surface crackling in the backgroundThe 4-sided insert shows several crinkles (see scan) on side 1, 2 + 4, but no serious damge
