BREAD LOVE AND DREAMS - The Strange Tale Of Captain Shannon And The Hunchback From Gigha (Decca SKL 5048, UK 1970)
Here we have an original copy from the 2nd album from David McNiven and Angie Rew - backed from some prominent members like Danny Thompson and Terry Cox (Pentangle) on bass and drums, Alan Trajan (who also recorded an excellent LP one year before) on organ / piano and others. Musically a great acoustic / electric psych album with a "flowerish" feeling. Stamped matrix with 1W / 1W ending - Laminated front cover printed by Clout & Baker Ltd.
The cover is in very good (vg) condition - showing a sticker damage (so 3 X 2 cm) on the backcover top left side (see scan), a brownish stain (3 X 1 cm) on backcover bottom left side, mellow ringwear on backcover, some lanination crinkles on front cover. Spine and seams are top !
The record is in very good to very good plus (vg/vg+) condition - showing many fine hairlines / paper scuffs, showing also partly pale faced discoloration on vinyl - but plays very fine - only occasional soft surface cracklings in the background or here and there some soft clicks - would say plays excellent minus to excellent (ex-/ex)

Imortant: Please don´t bid on "G" or "VG" records, and then you are disappointed if you don´t become a MINT copy - unfortunately this is not possible. Also you are bidding on vinyl records - and NOT CDs - that means, that also new records made some surface cracklings here and there and some of the old (especially privat pressings) are NOT hifi demonstration records !!!
