PENNINES - Manchester Morning (Penny Farthing PELS 514 , UK 1971) 

Here we have a very rare original copy of the 2nd album from this excellent folk quintet. Three years before the recorded their 1st album under the name Pennine Folk, a fine trad folk LP, released on the "Alfa" label. But on their 2nd album there´s a different story - here they play only self composed material with some georgeous melodies and some acid feeling. With male / female vocals, accompanied with bass and rhythm & lead guitar, released on the collectable Penny Farthing label. A hard to find album nowdays.

The cover is in excellent minus (ex-) condition, shows a little stickerdamage on front cover (see scan), tiny wear on top seam, backcover shows some signs of age.

The record is in top excellent plus (ex+) condition
