TREES - On The Shore (CBS 64168, UK 1970)
Here we have the 2nd album from this fantastic excellent UK folk rock quintet as UK original 1st pressing (stamped matrix numbers: S-64168-A1 / S-64168-B1) An incredible LP with the beautiful female vocals from Celia Humphris, the outstanding twin guitar work from David Costa and Barry Clarke....An absolutely milestone in the 70ies UK folk rock field - prog / psych infected with westcoast styled guitar action....Think mostly are familiar with the music of this band through the numerously reissues on cd on vinyl. Can not write another description as on their 1st album, I´ve also in this auction. Both Lps are absolutely masterpieces, that never leave my collection (have upgrade both copies in the last year). Comes with original CBS innersleeve !
The matt cover is in very good plus to excellent minus (vg+/ex-) condition, the bottom seam is taped (clear tape) - but NOT split, as I can see. Some wear on bottom seam, spine has only discreet wear
The record is in excellent (ex) condition, shows only some paperscuffs / hairlines, a few harmless longer hairlines - plays great with only occasional soft surface cracklings here and there

Imortant: Please don´t bid on "G" or "VG" records, and then you are disappointed if you don´t become a MINT copy - unfortunately this is not possible. Also you are bidding on vinyl records - and NOT CDs - that means, that also new records made some surface cracklings here and there and some of the old (especially privat pressings) are NOT hifi demonstration records !!!
All records are from my private collection !!!
Good luck and the best wishes ad-ha
