The records is in EX+ condition. Very shiny vinyl ! Only a few light surface hairlines/scratches - not hearable.The record is 100% flat. Not the typical total scratched record.

The cover is in VG- condition. Has marks from aging and usage (please see attached pictures). A few creases, small damage at bottom edge.

All label are free from unwanted hand writing or stickers. Graded as Near Mint.
