The condition of the gatefold cover is EX but does have a name written inside the gatefold (see photos), no cut-outs or seam splits.  The condition of the disc is a nice VG to VG+.  Plays through with a bit of surface during the quieter parts, absolutely no skips.  Overall, it's still an enjoyable listen to my ears.
