99% of you questions are addressed herein.  Buyers that have dealt with me know that I am very responsive and fair. You guys know the deal. The records I am selling are rare. This one is another sure shot all time club classics. I am selling some of my collection unfortunately. I have been collecting for over 25 years and was a big club DJ in NYC in the 80s. I decided I don't have anymore room to keep all these goodies and they will be better off with someone who can really appreciate them. They are all from VG to mint. If you have any question about the condition of the vinyl, label and/or jacket or you need clarification or any information that you may not see listed, please ask BEFORE bidding. I am NOT responsible for inadvertent errors.


NEW SHIPPING PRICES

SHIPPING:

FLAT FEE ACROSS THE BOARD. NO EXCEPTIONS! I am not a record store or record dealer so I don’t have time and money to figure out how much each item weighs and costs before I go to the post office. THEREFORE, its a flat fee. Actual costs for some will be more, some will be less, but it pretty much even out at the end of the day. PLEASE DO NOT COMPARE ME WITH WHAT YOU ARE USED TO PAYING AND GETTING SHIPPED. Please understand it is a lot of work for one person to do this.

ALSO, shipping can and sometimes does take up to 4 weeks even if shipped by airmail, however, most records shipped items will take only 1-2 weeks if shipped outside the United States, and 2-5 days if was shipped within the United States. Please contact after a reasonable amount of time has passed before contacting ebay or paypal about an item not received. That means at least 2 weeks after paying for your item, as I generally ship within 3-7 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise notified.

SHIPPING FEES IN THE U.S.: Cost of shipping Inside the Continental United States: The following is only for the Continental United States. Will ship priority mail, recorded delivery, packed in secure cardboard. Registered mail of $8.00 is not required for the United States,

First record: $6.50. $2.00 per additional record.


SHIPPING FEES OUTSIDE THE U.S.: Cost of shipping Outside the United States. The following is only for Outside the United States. Will ship airmail ONLY mail, packed in secure cardboard, registered/tracking. Please don’t ask about surface. Thanks.

IMPORTANT!!! READ!!! TRACKING FOR ORDERS OVER $25! For all orders over $25.00 I REQUIRE your shipment to be registered and/or shipped expressed mail.  NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. It is $8 and mandatory due to pay-pal terms and conditions. I've lost over $600 due to some people claiming they never receive their items, send even if the claims are legit Pay-pal will still refund the buyer the money, unless I can supply a tracking number. If you order under $25 and put in a pay-pal claim I will NEVER sell to you again since I lose not only the value of the record, but also shipping payment. Thanks for being understanding.

Fees are as follows:

Canada, $9.75 flat fee for Airmail. $2 each additional record. Plus registered mail if order is over $25.00.

Europe, $12.75 flat fee for Airmail. $3 each additional record. Plus registered mail if order is over $25.00.

Japan and Australia, $17 flat fee for Airmail. $3 each additional record. Plus registered mail if order is over $25.00.

All other countries, $15 flat fee for Airmail. $3 each additional record. Plus registered mail if order is over $25.00.

PLEASE NOTE: Double and triple pack records count as separate records, not as one. Also, expensive records over $50-100 are recommended to be insured. I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged items after shipment. Spend the extra few bucks and be safe, rather than sorry later!

VERY IMPORTANT:

Since I obviously encourage that buyers bid on more than one item to save shipping cost, I also require that you inform me when you make your payment for a winning item if you want me to hold that item until completion of another auction. Failure to pay will result in NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!! I may refuse to sell to anyone for any reason whatsoever if there is good ground or suspicion that bidder may not pay, either due to excessive negative feedback or otherwise.

IMPORTANT: Please only pay using eBay invoice/checkout system, otherwise you run the risk of me not mailing item since paypal does not always email me a payment notification, especially on items paid outside eBay's system. About 2-3% of payments for some reason do not get emailed to me by paypal, which means that I am not notified when you pay, but are marked as paid in eBay's system, and as a result may lead to the item not being shipped.. It rarely happens, but it does happen, so please contact me within 2 weeks if you have not received your item. I work hard at a quick turnaround, but occasionally and unfortunately some items get lost in the shuffle.

CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

”Perfect record” is in the eye of the beholder. Also some records look better than they sound and others sound better than they look. 80% of my grading is sound, 20% visual. If you are unsure, ask BEFORE you bid. My grading is as follows:

⁃MINT = Unplayed. NOTE I only grade records mint if they are sealed or JUST opened WITHOUT PLAY
⁃NEAR MINT = PLAYS CLEAN WITHOUT NOISE OR POPS. Played a few times, but visibly looks very good, and although most won’t, some may have very minor marks, wear and tear. I.e. Maybe some tiny light scratches and marks which does NOT affect the play. There will not be any noise or pops.
⁃EXCELLENT = PLAYS WITH MINOR NOISE OR POPS. Played several times or regularly but still very playable with some minor noises pops, or marks.
⁃FAIR = PLAYS WITH SOME SURFACE NOISE AND SOME POPS. Been played a lot and has normal tear and wear that includes some noise, pops or marks. I.e. More for a DJ that wants to play the record out rather than a collector who will be staring at it. However it should not skip and have major pops.
⁃I do not sell records that are beat up, scratched, skip, or simply so bad that you can’t even listen to it.


FEEDBACK:

My feedback speaks for itself. I had one guy leave negative feedback due to a pay-pal mistake years ago, which he followed up on admitting the mistake and apologized. Some idiot recently left me negative feedback after selling me a bad defected batter and some nut-job left random negative feedback without ever explaining what the issue was. Because I already left positive feedback for the following I ended up with negative feedback and will no longer leave feedback until the buyer has received the item and satisfied with the same. PLEASE contact me with ANY issue you may have if you intend to leave neutral or negative feedback so we can work out the issue to make you happy. Let's make eBay a pleasant experience.

DISCOUNT. Earn $5.00 credit towards ANY item you purchase for every $100 you spend with me. That means that if you buy a record for $100, you have earned a $5.00 credit towards any other item in my store.* However, the $5.00 credit cannot be used for the first $100. It must be used for anything you purchase after your first $100. BUT, there is more, you earn $5.00 for every $100, so if you spent $500, you have earned $25 credit towards any item in my eBay store. IMPORTANT: You have 90 days to use your credits. If you don't use them within 90 days you will forfeit the discount.
