Undocumented rare Brasil Beatles/Sheridan LP from 1962

Unbelievable rare record, never seen on Ebay before
The record is in good EX+ and VG+ condition (only because of a few surface scratches in one place - not hearable). Very shiny and heavy vinyl ! NOT the typical scratched copy ! The record is 100% flat and plays without skips or sticks.The cover (foldout) is in EX condition. Only light marks from aging and usage (please see attached pictures) but NO hand writing or tears. Light corner wear. On the back 2 German records are featured who appears in 1961: "Die Hazy Osterwald Story" and " Sang und Klang zur Weihnchtszeit". At this time a huge population of Germans lived in Brasil.
Both label are free from any unwanted handwriting or stickers. Graded as EX+.
