Original 1968 Columbia (CS 9614) issue with original brown sack cover. Has been in well-maintained collection for past 54 years. Unsealed, vinyl in VG condition, bag has 4-inch crease split on upper left side (see photo), regular cover in VG+ condition. Very rare copy of psychedelic classic.
