Ray Alexander Technique featuring Chris Bartley - "I Am in Love With You" / "I Wonder Why" - LU JUN 2002.  Condition: VG+ (unplayed stock,  just a faint bit of static on playback from some dust in the grooves, which I believe could be eradicated with a deep cleaning on a VPI).  Okay, this is one of the best double sider soul 45s I have ever heard. No hype, just talking out loud...  I can not believe the quality of these two tracks!! I know that soul production is a highly subjective business, but to my ears "I Wonder Why" is end-of-the-rainbow material.  Also need to note: this is a very rare item here, no trace of its existence on discogs, or in ebay's deep history (popsike, collector's frenzy, etc). First time offered for sale and first time making its appearance on google.  Moderate Reserve. Please Bid accordingly!  Incidentally, I purchased this from a gentleman who said he bought it "back in the day from a LU JUN rep" (presumably someone in the band?)  "who was travelling from city to city selling Ray Alexander Techniques catalog".  I also purchased the Ray Alexander Techniques LP and the other single from him, which I am also auctioning. I made some clips from this 45 but with some portions of the songs missing (I know it's cruel, but you have to buy the 45 to get the entire versions of each track).  Have a listen here!
