RECORD GOOD ++ PLAYS VERY WELL, NO SKIPS OR JUMPS, LIGHT BACKGROUND NOTICABLE IN PLACES.
SLEEVE VERY GOOD.
UNUSUAL SLEEVE AS IT IS THE SECOND PRESSING SLEEVE, GERMAN BRONZE WITH ISLAND i LOGO AND ISLAND STICKER LABEL ILPS 9142 ON SLEEVE SLEEVE, (no idea why a UK 1st pressing will have this sleeve, maybe the distritbuters ran out of the uk sleeve and this was a transitional release with the island ILPS sticker ? who knows. Anyway still a UK VERY FIRST pressing record, if you have the UK sleeve all the better !)
INNER SLEEVE IS VERY GOOD.
The Record is visually in good ++ condition. The vinyl surface is very good at best. There are light surface marks/scuffs/light scratches visible on both sides of the record when viewed under normal light. The record has been professionally cleaned and it plays through very well, there is light surface/background noise detected, largely restricted and heard on lead ins and quieter sections as is expected and quite normal on records that have been played.
The Labels are excellent, both Labels show only minimal signs of any spindle marking and there is no wear to the centre hole, there are no aging marks, there is no writing, and there are no stickers on the labels. Very clean labels.
The Sleeve is in very good condition. Glossy sleeve. There is light surface wear to the sleeve , all the edges including the extreme corner edges are very good, light surface wear, the spine is excellent, minor surface edge wear only to spine and all the title text is intact. There are no tears and no splits, Both Front and Rear covers of sleeve are very good and a very clean sleeve, light creases only, All round very good sleeve with a great design on both sides.
Record in a very clean White paper inner sleeve in excellent condition.
