This is the rare UK large swirl press of ’Very ‘Eavy Very ‘Umble' by Uriah Heep. This press has the earliest 6360006 1Y//1 - 636006 2Y//1 matrix and the rare large swirl label. It is pressed on heavy vinyl and is complete with the original Vertigo inner sleeve and laminated gatefold sleeve.
The record is in Excellent condition. The vinyl is still jet black, with a sensational lightly played bright gloss. There is no sign of whitening or heavy play to the grooves, there are just a couple of very light wispy hairllines. The earliest large swirl label is in Excellent condition. The black is exceptionally solid and unworn, the white is crisp and bright and the text is sharp. There is just the very slightest spindle wear.
When played the sound is rich, vibrant and Excellent clarity and audio separation. There are a couple of moments of the slightest noise but these are insignificant, the vinyl sounds absolutely superb.
The Vertigo inner sleeve is in Excellent condition. The edges are firm, the whole sleeve is clean with just the slightest edge discolouration and the text is sharp.
The laminated gatefold sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The black is bold and the colours are vivid. The laminate is extremely glossy and the image is sharp. There is a small price sticker scuff in the corner and the corners have light wear. The edges are still very firm and the inside is bright and clean. The whole sleeve is very solid and the spine is firm with clear text.
