Hard-to-find US 1st release promo import of the Commemorative Edition album "President of the United States Inaugural Addresses" (1972) featuring speeches/addresses by former US presidents.
Made by the Committee to Re-elect Assemblyman Jim Keysor in 1972. The presidents featured are: Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman, Dwight D. Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson and Richard M. Nixon.

Condition (refer also to notes at bottom):
Vinyl: G. Unsoiled on visual inspection but lots of mottling and curved residual scuffs on each side. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is good throughout. Some surface noise/static interference throughout both sides and more prominent during quieter cues. Noise at both run-ins but vocals are still bright overall despite limitations of original sound recordings. Plays with no skipping, jumping or sticking.
Outer sleeve (cover): VG-EX. Thick card sleeve. Colours remain unfaded and bright. Original hype sticker present in top right. Very minor scuffing to front but nothing major. Bottom edge, spine and aperture in great shape. Top edge has one or two nicks but otherwise superb. Corners only mildly rubbed. Back of sleeve unmarked with only dark scuffing at centre top. Fully intact. Overall a decent example.
Inner sleeve: VG. Original. Off-white yellowed paper with square corners and centre hole. Damage to aperture edge and a piece torn off from one side near centre hole. Intact.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
