MEGA RARE US MONO A-77 ORIGINAL - John Coltrane - A Love Supreme (1965 Impulse!)
Yeah it's THE original (as far as I can tell) A-77 mono pressing with "VAN GELDER" stamped in dead wax (also got the A-77-A and A-77-B carved on respective side). Thick and heavy gatefold. It's not mint condition in any way but hey, it's the freaking OG innit.
VINYL is VG+. Vinyl plays just fine with a bit background noise/occasional pop in quite parts but nothing too major that affects the overall listening experience. No skips whatsoever. Labels are looking really nice.
SLEEVE IS VG. It's pretty worn but still in pretty nice shape (I guess it's been played a quit a few times as it's such a masterpiece). No stickers or glue residue. Corner wear, heavy spine wear, some ring wear on the back. No full splits though. Gatefold has a few brownish stains. Laminate is starting to peel in some places around the edges but not much. I mean it's pretty descent for being almost 50 years old. Look at the pictures.
