Description
JW FARQUHAR - The Formal Female ( Shadoks Music 099, Germany )
JW FARQUHAR recorded his impossible rare album in his home room in Philadelphia 1972 - in this time he was living in a very noisy street and he must sealed his living / recording room with sound proofing foam. Original released 1973 in a micro quantity on "Brainblobru Records". This high quality Reissue from the wellknown German label comes, as usual, in thick vinyl and cover - limited to 450 copies only. Musically this concept album (an outcry against the materialistic nature of the woman) is a fascinating slice of an ambitious homemade pressing with a lonesome desperate feeling, some fuzz interventions, effects....
