JOHN DENVER - CAROLINA IN MY MIND (Phonygraf Records)
LP is VG+ with only a few light surface marks from handling.  No scratches or skuf marks.
Generic sleeve has label glued onto front, which is a bit 'bubbly'.  Sleeve still has original (torn) shrinkwrap on it, which has kept it clean.  Does have some light corner dings and just a few little skufs along the opening.
Some of the song names on the sleeve were apparently guesses by the label.
