Uber Rare Northern Soul White Label Promo Barbara Lewis 1964 Atlantic 8090 includes original inner sleeve in very nice shape too
Defects to report are few: Cover is nice and stiff and flat, minimal surface wear front, less on the back, top edge middle has a small 1" scuff/paper tear, rest of edges all perfect, I think VG+ is a good call on the cover, please check the pictures for yourself.
Vinyl is very nice, still much original gloss, damage such as scratches or scuffs pretty much non-existent. Both sides show some light spotting, the kind of thing one sees in a record that has been sitting around for a long time. This does not interfere with record play which is excellent, no clicks or pops, even dust crackles is minimal. I think VG+ is a good grade on this, if not for the spotting I would say VG++ or even -NM it is very nice.
This record is so rare I cannot find another promo anywhere and the music is really smooth and sexy, she has a great voice, a great example of the northern soul genre.

If I state I think the record is a certain grade this is my opinion based on Goldmine criteria. I am not a record dealer or a professional grader so I try to be very conservative. But with that in mind please check the pictures and form your own opinion, it may be different than mine. Neither one of us wants to hassle through a return over a hypertechnicality.
