Description
Elvis Presley
Kiss Me Quick b/w Suspicion
RCA Gold Standard 447–0639
The A Side entered the Hot 100 Apr 1964, peaking at #34. The flip, "Suspicion," was originally recorded in 1962 but never released as a single until this release. It charted Apr 1964 but only reached #103 on the Bubbling Under The Hot 100 chart. Col. Parker was too slow on the trigger with this one as Terry Stafford hit the Hot 100 several weeks earlier and by the time the Elvis version was released, Stafford was rocketing to #3 with his recording.
Record is new/unplayed, wax no less than Near Mint.
The PS grades no less than Near Mint. PS is flat with crisp corners and there are no seam splits, tears, folds or creases.
Add this to your Elvis collection and please note my other current Elvis auctions!
This 45 came out of a warehouse inventory of a major US record distributor of the period.
The 45 will be shipped in a white sleeve, separated from the PS and 45 and PS will each be placed in a protective plastic cover.
