Brand new box set. Mild corner dings, but great shape overall. Please see photos for details. Please note that a quirk particular to this release seems to be that The Future Of What's second side tends to not sound as good as the rest of the set. I've heard of people reporting pops and hiss on this side. Since this is a brand new set, I can't say whether or not this copy has that issue, but I figured I should mention it. It's a great set, regardless!

Captured in the gaps of a ruthless touring schedule, defining fourth and fifth albums The Future of What and Repetition were issued in the back-to-back springs of 1995 and ’96. Both find the band severing their post-hardcore roots, for gripping detours into Echoplex, kraut, D&B, and Mingus, as guided by a sun-worn copy of Book Your Own Fuckin' Life.

No Energy collects both of these 1990s masterworks, beginning with Justin Trosper's home-made haircut stabs on "New Energy," continuing with Vern Rumsey's reanimating bass on "Corpse Pose," and closing in a wall of Sara Lund crash cymbals on "For Your Entertainment." This 33-song collection is buttressed by singles and period live tracks, a pile of double-exposed photographs, and a 10,000 word essay by latter-day Unwound diarist David Wilcox."

RETURNS: I do my best to list any item defects in my product description, therefore, I fully stand behind my merchandise and accept returns on most items. Complete buyer satisfaction is very important to me. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping, and the item must be sent back in the exact same condition as which is was received, packaging fully intact. The return will not be honored if the item is returned to me in worse condition than it was received.
